Summer Party

Boy do the Norwegians know how to drink! I joined the annual company boat trip last night, basically a big booze cruise - 200 people. It was a beautiful afternoon, and seeing as it doesn't get dark until midnight at the moment it was a great chance to see some of the islands and fjords around stavanger. We had prawns and salad for dinner and plenty of drinks. Good chance to get to know some colleagues from other departments, after a few drinks everyone becomes a lot more talkative. Joel gets home tomorrow morning so Coobs and I are looking forward to seeing him after about 9 days away.
